OCIMF Tanker Managers and Self-Assessment (TMSA) has since its conception turned into an absolute requirement for all tanker companies that intend to carry cargo for oil majors or their affiliates. We have experience with TMSA auditing by Shell, BP, IMT, Chevron and several others. Based on this experience we offer gap analysis of your management system towards the latest TMSA revision. The analysis will provide you with a clear indication of the present level of compliance. Suggestions and roadmap towards improvement will be provided. A step-by-step analysis of existing procedures and status with an effective action plan for development of new procedures and revise the already existing will be provided. A training and familiarization session to be conducted by us to Organization’s employees regarding the requirements, the compliance status and the developed action plan.

A final audit for implementation will be conducted and results to be analysed and used for further improvement.
